Academics is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to work at Primary Schools in the Crodon Area.

Key Responsibilities - Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Croydon

Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Encourage pupil engagement and participation in class activities

Supervise children during break and lunch times when required

Foster the social and emotional development of pupils

Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all timesRequirements:

Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)

A passion for education and supporting children's learning

Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different classroom environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude, patience, and resilience
