Job Title: ACT Pharmacy Technician – Band 5
Location: NHS Hospital, Birmingham
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Contract Duration: Minimum of 6 months
Start: Asap, November 2024
Salary: £17ph – £21ph
Join our clients dedicated pharmacy team at an NHS Hospital in Birmingham. The team are looking for a committed and enthusiastic ACT Pharmacy Technician to join their pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
Support pharmacists in daily operations and patient care.
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Registered ACT with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Hospital experience is not required; we welcome newly registered ACTs and will provide comprehensive training.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
