About the role: HLTA: Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a vibrant, inclusive, and well-supported school environment to grow your career? As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at this school in Redbridge, you will be an essential part of our students’ academic journey, stepping in as a positive and motivating presence within both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Application Requirements:

• Must have HLTA status or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong organisational abilities, adaptable to a busy school environment.

• A passion for helping young people reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

• Leading small group sessions and interventions tailored to student needs.

• Providing individual support to students as necessary.

• Contributing to the school’s positive, supportive atmosphere.

• Assisting with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
