We are seeking a qualified Dyslexia Specialist for a part-time, remote tutoring position focused on literacy development for a young learner. This role involves working on a one-to-one basis for 7.5 hours per week, with sessions held in 2.5-hour blocks across at least three days. The pay rate is competitive at £45-£50 per hour.

* Location: Remote (online sessions); Camden-based
* Hours: 7.5 hours per week, part-time
* Pay Rate: £45-£50 per hour
* Focus: Literacy development and dyslexia intervention
* Schedule: 2.5 hours per session, minimum of 3 sessions per week
Responsibilities:
The role will require a tailored approach based on ongoing assessments, adapting methods as needs evolve. Intervention strategies may include:
* Direct instruction and phonics
* Phonological awareness exercises
* Multi-sensory learning techniques
* Whole-word sight vocabulary development
A core component of the tutoring approach will be to build a positive self-image in the learner, using reinforcement and targeted feedback to foster confidence and a sense of achievement.
