Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Key Stage 1.
• Proven experience in a primary classroom setting, ideally in KS1.
• Passion for creative, child-centered learning and developing inclusive environments.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Dedication to professional growth and a proactive approach to developing new teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Cultivate a warm, supportive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Track and support individual student progress, adapting methods to meet diverse needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to provide holistic support.
• Encourage social and emotional growth by fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
