Job Description

I am working alongside a civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for a civils and infrastructure package being delivered in West Sussex. My client operate heavily across the water sector and have ongoing work across multiple frameworks.

foreman responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
• Managing labour, plant and materials.
• Daily briefs.
• Tool box talks.
• Record keeping.
• Checking works are being completed in accordance to specification and RAMS.
• Liaising with the main contractor and client.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.

Foreman requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or above.
• Gold CSCS.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Thames water passport - Must have.
• Previous experience with drainage, ducting and concrete.
• Full UK driving licence.
