Sales Assistants
Retail Assistants are responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization, creating the ultimate experience for our customers, as well as maintaining excellent retail standards through the back-of-house operations. Retail Assistants will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team! Retail Assistants will usually be expected to work a part-time schedule which can include days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one
Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers
Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail
Housekeeping, cleanliness, and general standards
Strong verbal communication skills The job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role
