Site Manager Freelance
Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruting for a Freelance Site Manager to start on a project in Portsmouth, Hampshire, on the 2nd of December 2024, this is scheduled to be for 42 weeks on a Heritage Project in Portsmouth,
You will need Previous experience in Heritage projects, this will include Repointing Lime Mortar, Groundworks, Paving, Repointing, Heritage Lighting, Heritage Paving, Replacing Soffits and Fascia, Hammer testing 2 storey building, scaffolding to be errected aswell across the whole building, starting from the Rear and working around.
There will be an aspect of Paperwork aswell, so you will need to be HOT on the paperwork trail and have your finger on the pulse aswell at all times and be prepared for lots of reporting too!
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First AId
* Heritage Project experience
