Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer in Southampton.

Location: Southampton

Pay Rate: £12.79 (£26,603 per annum)

Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum of 3 months)

Hours: 07:30-16:15 Monday to Thursday 07:30-15:15 Friday

The Role:

Working in the Estate Maintenance Planning Team to allocate work to trade

Ensure that materials are available by liaising closely with the materials hub

Liaising with customers regarding their day-to-day repairs

Provide performance information for housing maintenance

Deliver a high standard in customer focused contact centre environment.The Successful candidate:

Good IT Skills

Good Customer Service Skills

Data entry experience

Telephony experience

Experience of providing a customer based serviceThe location of the site is not easily accessible by public transport so own transport would be advisable
