Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant KS1 teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and an understanding of primary education in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
• Ability to inspire and engage young learners through creative and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring lessons accordingly.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create a well-rounded educational experience.
• Manage classroom behaviour positively and encourage a respectful, enthusiastic learning atmosphere.
• Engage students in extracurricular activities and school-wide events to promote community spirit and a love of learning.
