About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving community school in Barking & Dagenham. Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 2 or 3).
• Experience working in early years settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for nurturing young learners and supporting their development.

• Creating and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to individual needs.
• Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Monitoring and assessing children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to foster a stimulating learning environment.
