Works Supervisor (Contract)

300.00 per day

Are you an experienced NEC4 Works Supervisor looking for a contract role, but only want to work 2-3 days a week? Our client urgently needs you for a long-term contract.

You will be based on the project construction site but there may be a requirement to travel to other locations within the UK, so a full, clean UK driving licence is vital.

Experience covering full construction phase of a project is vital and, as Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Dilapidation survey of current site
• Site, compound set up & enabling works
• Piling & civils works
• Sub-structure, superstructure, building envelope and building fit out
• Fostering a collaborative relationship with contractor, design team and client
• Ensuring environmental accountabilities are met
• Ensuring H&S accountabilities are met
• Ensuring quality of work to company standards, maintaining relevant records

You will monitor and oversee main contractors progress on daily basis, ensure compliance with specification. You should be familiar with the roles, responsibilities and duties of a Works Supervisor role laid out in the NEC4.
