This is a full-time, long-term Music Teacher role, starting either ASAP or in January 2025, with the potential for permanent placement. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that foster creativity, musical skills, and an appreciation for music in all its forms. • Plan and deliver inspiring and dynamic music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, catering to a range of abilities.
• Foster students' creativity and passion for music through practical and theoretical teaching.
• Teach a variety of music genres, from classical to contemporary, and engage students with both performance and composition.
• Lead extracurricular music activities, such as school concerts, choirs, and music clubs, to nurture students' talents outside the classroom.
• Support students in preparing for exams and assessments, offering guidance on coursework and performance techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to support the overall development of students.

• Qualified Music Teacher with relevant teaching qualifications and experience.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and practical music skills (instrumental, vocal, composition, etc.).
• Passion for music education and the ability to inspire students to achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading or contributing to school music clubs, choirs, or school performances is desirable.
