Freelance Site Manager
My client a high end a ever growing construction company who's aim is to transform the development experience by providing innovation, creativity, cost-efficiency, exceptional service, and high-quality homes who have just landed a new plot in Cambridge, having built a greast name down in the South East.
They truly believe in taking the time to truly understand our clients' needs in order to deliver meticulously tailored homes and lifestyles.
The Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities for the construction of 8 new luxury houses this will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role has the chance to grow with the client, who aim to win more land plots in Cambridge, Northampton and Milton Keynes
