Whether you’re a newly qualified Teaching Assistant looking to build hands-on experience or a seasoned professional ready to make a positive impact, this role is perfect for you. You’ll work closely with dedicated teaching staff to support students across Key Stages 1 and 2, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and those requiring emotional support. This role is ideal if you have a nurturing approach and a genuine passion for helping every child achieve their potential.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience in a primary or SEN setting is beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being.
• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different school environments.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Assisting students individually or in small groups, focusing on those with SEN, low achievement, or emotional needs.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Offering emotional and behavioral support as needed.
• Communicating effectively with teachers and parents about student progress.
