Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in care homes located in Wisbech. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hourMonday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour

Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour

Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour

Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour

Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour

Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering high standards of care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional needs.

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.

Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and fostering a warm, positive environment.

Following care plans and keeping all records accurate and up to date.

Candidate Requirements:

Relevant experience within a UK care setting (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).

Eligibility to work in the UK.

A caring, empathetic approach to care.

Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
