Finishing Manager
Freelance Finishing Manager, Exeter
Rate: £270-£300 a day CIS Umbrella
Role: Finishing Manager required to help complete the internals and finishes of a commercial, energy efficient, new build scheme in Exeter for a reputable main contractor. Key duties include, assisting the existing site team out on site, coordinating various internal trades and snagging ready for client handover over various floors and rooms of the building. Working on a freelance basis for a period of 7-8 weeks into the New Year.
Individual: Candidate will need to have internal fit out/finishing experience on large construction sites for a main contractor and be used to dealing with subcontractors, overseeing site health and safety and checking quality/finishes of work and using . This would suit a Site Manager from an internal trade background. Must have relevant and current H&S certificates including CSCS Card, First Aid and SMSTS
