About the Role:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task.
• Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects.
• Managing classroom behavior and encouraging a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their learning and engagement.
• Reporting any issues and student progress to senior school staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a classroom or similar setting, with strong management skills.
• Confidence in delivering lesson plans across multiple subjects and year groups.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively within a school environment.
• Passion for supporting young learners in their education journey.
