Job Opening: ASD Specialist Assistant
Location: Theale, West Berkshire
Salary: 83.50 - 90 per day (subject to experience) Full time, Monday - Friday, Term Time only.

• Work closely with students to provide tailored educational support that meets their unique development needs.
• Be that positive, understanding presence in the classroom, helping to ensure that every child feels included, valued, and empowered to learn.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons and activities, making learning accessible and engaging for students with ASD and other SEN.

• Experience: At least 2 years in a classroom, SEN, or other child-focused setting.
• Expertise: Previous experience with Autism and SEN is preferred-someone who gets that some students think a little differently (who doesn't appreciate a creative approach?).
• Attitude: Patient, understanding, and ready to bring out the best in each student-come rain or, well, British weather!
