Job Description

Huntswood is looking for Utilities Complaint Handlers with utilities and complaint handling experience to join an exciting project based in our Glasgow Office. As a complaint handler you will be investigating business customer complaints and resolving them with solutions that suits the customer and the company.

Start Date: 18th November 2024

Day Rate: £155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow City Centre - This is a office based role

Working hours: Monday to Friday , 9am to 5:30pm

Experience investigating complaints for a utilities company

Experience working for a water company would be beneficial

Experience working with commercial customers would be beneficial

Commitment to work at client's office in Glasgow

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team

Strong attention to detail

Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
