Site Manager - Residential Groundworks

RTL are on the hunt for a Groundworks Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a package consisting of roads, foundations, sewers, brickwork and drainage based in Rochdale.

My client is a Groundworks and civil engineering sub contractor based in East Yortkshire and has continous work for the right candidate.

Groundworks Site Manager responsibilities:

Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
Site supervision
Health & safety management
Supervising labour and staff
Producing method statements and risk assessments
Site cost/value control
Programming
Commercial reporting
Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.

Groundworks Site Manager Requirements:

Must have experience working on residential projects.
SMSTS/CSCS
First Aid
Experienced with working with sub contractors.
