Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Crane / Lifting Supervisor for a Project in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will have a CPCS Slinger Card, with a solid background in crane supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all crane lifting operations on-site, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Direct and supervise the lifting team, ensuring that slingers and crane operators are following safe working regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all site health and safety regulations.
• Communicate with site management and other teams to coordinate lifting activities.
• Conduct daily inspections of lifting equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.

Requirements:

• CPCS Slinger Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS would be ideal
• Proven experience as a crane supervisor on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and health and safety regulations.
