Foreman

I am working alongside a small to medium sized groundworks and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to on-board a foreman to help deliver a groundworks package being delivered for a valued client in Warwickshire. The scheme is within the renewable energy sector however, prior experience within renewables is not essential.

Foreman responsibilities:

Working alongside and reporting to the Project manager.
Site supervision.
Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
Tool box talks.
Health and safety compliance.
Record keeping.
Daily diaries.
Liaising with the main contractor and client.

Foreman requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
CSCS card.
SSSTS/ SMSTS.
First aid - desirable.
Previous experience with groundworks, drainage, ducting.
Full UK driving licence.
