Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team specialising in storage solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment, understands the importance of effective storage for businesses, and is eager to drive growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads & Reach Out: Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and following up on leads, focusing on clients who need innovative storage solutions.
Consult & Advise Clients: Build strong relationships with clients, assess their storage needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding targets, supported by an attractive uncapped commission structure.
Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and address their storage needs efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in Sales or Client-Facing Roles: Previous experience in sales, especially in a B2B environment or within the storage/warehousing sector, is a plus.
Proficient with Computers: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. A quick learner with new technology.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal skills with a professional and friendly approach, adept at handling objections and closing sales.
Organised and Efficient: Able to prioritise leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented: Enthusiastic about achieving targets and thriving in an independent, performance-driven role.
Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travelling to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.Benefits:
