About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our supportive Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This position requires a teacher who has completed their ECT induction and has a proven record of working within Early Years. You’ll work with a class of 16 pupils, supported by an Early Years Practitioner (EYP), and will occasionally collaborate with Reception classes to support learning across EYFS. Our school uses the Read Write Inc. phonics programme, so experience with this is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Teacher to make a real difference in a nurturing and inclusive school setting!

Application Requirements:
* Completed ECT induction, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher within Early Years.
* Strong knowledge and experience with the Read Write Inc. phonics programme.
* Ability to manage and deliver engaging lessons in a small class setting.
* Positive and supportive approach, in line with the school’s welcoming ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging phonics lessons using the Read Write Inc. programme.
* Plan and prepare lessons that foster literacy, numeracy, and social development.
* Work collaboratively with Reception staff to support cohesive EYFS learning.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing individual support as needed.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere aligned with the school’s values.
