My client is seeking a PA for a 12 months mat leave cover.Based in Ipswich
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Executive team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience Admin experience
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
