Wind Energy Analyst required for a major offshore wind developer based in Denmark

Responsibilities

Assess wind resources for utility-scale wind farms

Perform wind data analyses

Prepare wind farm layouts

Conduct energy yield analyses together with the associated uncertainty and losses

Strategic advice on technical scope and production optimization on projects covering both development and the operational portfolio

Ensure proper use of production profiles and alignment with other departmentsRequirements

Extensive experience with wind resource and energy yield assessment

Commercial understanding and mindset ensuring that yield analysis and derived recommendations are not done isolated but considering the value of the project as a whole.

have excellent IT skills and are a competent user of MatLab or another high-level technical computing language

speak and write English fluently, communicating efficiently with your stakeholders and presenting your results to your colleagues professionally

are bright with excellent analytical skills and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and effective manner, enabling you to prioritize your tasks
