Job Title: Project Manager – Finance/HR Systems Integration & Migration
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical finance and HR systems integration and migration program, ideally with experience in industries such as construction and engineering, real estate management, infrastructure maintenance, building materials and supply, or energy management and sustainability services. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integration and migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and adaptable leader with strong communication skills and a track record of successful project delivery. You must be comfortable working in dynamic environments and able to "roll up your sleeves" to address project challenges directly. Expertise in managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) projects and familiarity with finance and HR processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for finance and HR systems integration and migration
* Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating activities across business, technical, and operational stakeholders
* Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to avoid disruptions
* Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget
* Communicate project progress and any issues effectively to senior management and stakeholders
* Oversee change management, including user training, process documentation, and post-migration support
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in systems integration and migration projects within finance and HR
* Sector experience in construction and engineering, real estate management, infrastructure maintenance, building materials and supply, or energy management and sustainability services
* Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt and "roll up your sleeves" in dynamic project environments
