Residential conveyancing locum solicitor

Our busy, modern client are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer on a locum basis for 6 months plus.

The ideal Locum Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be to start ASAP or within the next couple of weeks.

The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will have responsibilities for:
Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion
Working with sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages
Drafting of legal documentation
Working within professional standards and legislation
Ensure compliance is adhered to
Providing high-quality legal advance and representation to the company s clients

The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be working for a lovely, busy team where some hybrid working is an option.

£35 - £40 per hour
