Location: Reading (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week until the end of 2024, then 1 day per week)
Contract Type: Interim
Pay Rate: Competitive ( 600- 750 per day, depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Financial Controller to join a globally recognised organisation. This role offers a unique chance to shape the financial future of a forward-thinking company.

• Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare timely and accurate management and statutory financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain robust financial control frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage international financial operations, ensuring global compliance.
• Drive finance system improvements and process optimisation.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with up to 10 years PQE.
• Proven expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in systems implementation or process improvement is a plus.
