Production Operative

Monday to Friday, shifts, 14.30 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for Production Operatives to join their client based in Gloucester and the role working AM & PM shifts involves working with the health sector.

Our client is offering a good rate of pay and in return is looking to see people with experience, drive & understanding to go forward with their ever-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Working with raw materials to make health products
• Operating machines
• Working to order spec sheets, making sure both the right raw materials are added, and the machines are set to run at the right specs.
• Working as a team and individually to make sure requirements are hit daily.
• Wear all PPE correctly and health & safety is always followed.

The role pays 14.30 per hour and this is a temporary to permanent position, pay & performance reviews will be carried out over time, with progression offered to those who show the right attitude and performance.

Hours of work:

The role will involve working shifts that rotate weekly, 6am-2pm one week and then 2pm-10pm week two. Please note this isn't negotiable and you must be able to work both shifts.

Ideal experience

• Machine Operative experience.
• CNC experience
