Job Title: Handyman/Skilled LabourLocations: Ipswich IP4

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and repair
- Boarding up doors and windows
- Putting doors on hinges
- Working around asbestos
- Willing to do various jobs - moving materials, general tidy up.

Requirements and Skills:

- Asbestos awareness
- Face fit mask and the certificate (and clean-shaven if required as per their face fit cert)
- All their own tools, including on tool extraction that is either M or H rated vacuum
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks
- Tool proficiency
