Position Overview
Academics is seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and support a range of schools across Peacehaven. Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Delivery: Step into primary classrooms at short notice and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support ongoing learning.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Work across various schools, adapting to different classrooms, curriculums, and student needs.
• Classroom Management: Ensure a safe and productive classroom environment, encouraging positive behaviours and maintaining focus on learning.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with school staff to support continuity in student learning and to address any specific needs of the class or individual students.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a primary classroom setting.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different schools as needed.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach and a commitment to nurturing student learning.
