Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. In this role, you will work with students in small groups and one-on-one settings to provide targeted interventions and help them stay on track with their learning goals. You will have a critical role in working with children with additional needs, supporting their academic progress, social development, and overall well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a close-knit team, helping students unlock their potential and supporting their journey toward becoming confident, happy individuals.
Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for supporting young learners, especially in KS2.
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering tailored interventions and booster sessions in literacy and numeracy.
• Provide support for children with special educational needs (SEN), helping to adapt lessons and materials to suit individual learning styles.
• Support teachers with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and foster a love for learning.
• Help plan and facilitate engaging activities and resources that make learning enjoyable and accessible for all students.
