Legal Administrator (fixed term contract 12-months)

We are looking for an Administrator in the Dispute Resolution department on a fixed term contract basis of 12 months.
Your role will be to provide administrative support to the paralegal team, partners and fee earners, participate in court runs, open and close new clients files, prepare monthly invoices, manage diaries and travel arrangements, perform basic administrative tasks such as printing, scanning and copying, plus loads more!
The perfect candidate will possess the following:
- Strong academics, particularly English and Maths;
- At least 6 months’ experience as an Administrator in a legal environment;
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Proficient in all Microsoft platforms.
Please note that this is on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract basis and allows you to work in office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
