Finishing Manager
Finishing Manager
Project: Housing (12 Months)
Location: Shrewsbury
Rate: £260 (CIS)
You will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of a construction project, ensuring that quality, safety, and time constraints are met. Working with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate the finishing trades, such as painting, carpentry, and flooring etc.
Required:
• Background in Finishing Manager or Assistant Manager on a construction site.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS
• Full UK Driving Licence
Ideal Candidate:
• Keen eye for detail.
• Great Knowledge of Quality Assurance
• Up to date with all Health & Safety on Site.
