Pre- Construction Manager - Residential
• Circa £350 - £400 per day (CIS or LTD)

A Pre-Construction Manager is required by a principle contractor to oversee tender submissions within the residential sector. .
For this on-going contract, you will have the following pre-construction management duties:
• Estimate and oversee the process of all tenders
• Adjudicate prior to producing submissions for all schemes priced
• Contract sum analysis
• Analyse tender sums
• Agree contract conditions
Should you wish to be considered for this contract role, ideally your experience will include the following:
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in pre-construction with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor
• Possess experience within the residential sector of projects valued between £5m - £50m.
• Familiar with JCT, NEC and traditional forms of contract
