Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – York – £39,000

Are you currently a M&E Engineer who is looking to join a progressive and growing company with excellent career opportunities?

I am currently representing a well-established M&E specialist with over 100 staff who are currently in search of a static electrical bias M&E Engineer to work on a static site in York.

THE COMPANY:

•             3 offices in the UK

•             Provide M&E To a range of commercial and retail portfolio’s

•             Turn over around 11 million a year with their maintenance division turning over 7 million alone.

THE ROLE – Static M&E Engineer

•             Completes PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner on site

•             Electrical PPM Tasks and reactive tasks

•             FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)

•             AHUs

•             Pumps

•             Motors

•             Lighting & Emergency Lighting

•             Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)

REQUIREMENTS

•             Client Facing

•             Electrical bias 17th or 18th edition with level 2 or 3 in electrical installations.

SALARY & PACKAGE:

•             £35,000 - £39,000

•             No call out rota

•             Overtime available paid at a flat rate of time and 2/3 to a maximum of £28.00 per hour

•             Company mobile

•             20 days holiday & 8 Bank Holidays rising per year up to a maximum of 25 days
