Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in Early Years or Primary education, especially in a Reception setting.
• A nurturing and encouraging teaching style, with a commitment to positive behaviour management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assess and record each child’s development, tailoring learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes a sense of belonging.
• Build positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
