Our Candidate Services team is the cornerstone of Rullion's success, ensuring seamless experiences for both clients and candidates.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll take on a variety of key tasks, all around managing candidate security screening for our clients. Your role will be integral in maintaining our high standards of service and integrity.
You will use your candidate screening expertise to resolve queries, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth operations.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months starting in November/December 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-employment screening and verifications, working to strict SLAs
Guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate documentation of screening results.
Stay updated on compliance and onboarding processes.Qualifications, skills & experience
Previous onboarding and pre employment screening experience
Good level of awareness of relevant legislation
Strong desire to achieve service excellence and delight the customer
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Good customer relationship management skills
Effective time management
Strong organisation skills
Numerate, literate and articulateCompetencies
Previous experience in pre-employment screening and/or onboarding .
Background in delivering excellent customer service.
Awareness of relevant legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong time management and organizational skills.(LH2018)
