Our client is a growing Asset Management firm based in London and has a proven record of Investment capabilities covering a broad range of Investment Products.
The Role
THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FTC with high potential to go Permanent.
The successful Business Development Administrator is to confidently provide support and conduct administrative functions for the Asset Management Distribution Team, completing a range of tasks across the business and assisting a variety of stakeholders.
The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the CRM system, working closely with the Head of Marketing Communications and Director of Marketing.
The Business Development Administrator will conduct regular reporting through the CRM system for lots of tasks relating to clients, events and products.
The Business Development Administrator is to support the Asset Management Distribution team members with any ad-hoc requests, keeping multi email inboxes up to date and actioning requests in a timely manner.
The Business Development Administrator will confidently prepare and distribute presentation and marketing materials, manage travel and accommodation arrangements and attend both internal and external meetings as and when required.
The Business Development Administrator will support the events process end-to-end, liaising with venues, processing all documentations needed, managing events campaigns via Salesforce and following up on the invitation process with delegates, seeking confirmation of attendance and gathering personal information such as dietary requirements.
The Candidate
Experience of working in Client Services ideally in the finance industry, preferably in Fund Management, Wealth Management or other similar customer facing role.
Sales Support / Business Development Administration experience in a corporate/professional environment will also be considered.
Team player with a positive, results orientated approach.
Communication skills with the ability to communicate effective – both written and verbally at all levels.
Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
Good administrative and personal organisational skills
