Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a principle engineering contractor who have won a major project in North London.

We require a Site Administrator in Edmonton

Requirements:

• Previous site admin experience, preferably with large projects
• Proficient with MS work packages, incl Excel
• Experience with compiling hours for workers
• Experience comping site info such as Health & Safety stats
• CCNSG or CSCS card desirable - we can advise on how to obtain this

The role:

• Assisting the Site Supervisor with day to day admin work that comes with a busy construction site
• Updating time sheets
• Placing orders and updating order sheets once deliveries have been checked off
• Taking meeting minutes
• Checking and updating the company QA systems
• Uploading test documentation
• Updating all site required paperwork
• Organisation of deliveries to site
• Engaging with suppliers in phone calls, both making and receiving
• Assisting the Quality Assurance Admin when require

This position is a long term position, with the potential to run for 2yrs and would suit someone in the local area.
