Salary: £85 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is currently working with an outstanding specialist school in Trafford who are looking for Education Support Workers to support their secondary students.

This is a full time, long term position with the potential of being offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

The school adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure.

The successful Education Support Worker will have:

• Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs and challenging behaviour
• The ability to follow instructions set by the class teacher
• Have a positive, warm and patient nature
• The ability to build good relationships with pupils, staff and parents
