ICT Technician (Secondary School) – Harborne, Birmingham

Role: ICT Technician

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Pay: £14.00 - £19.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, with potential for permanent placement based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for the school’s ICT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

* Troubleshoot, resolve, and document ICT issues promptly.

* Assist with the maintenance, installation, and upgrading of software, hardware, and network systems.

* Work collaboratively with teaching and non-teaching staff to provide ICT support as required.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced ICT Technician, ideally with experience working in a school or similar environment.

* Strong troubleshooting and technical skills with an understanding of school-based ICT needs.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear support and guidance to non-technical staff.

* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
