We are excited to be recruiting for an Admin Assistant for our client, a leading global provider of veterinary medicine, is proud to drive scientific breakthroughs aimed at addressing critical health challenges worldwide. This central London-based biotech offers a salary ranging from £23,500 to £35,000, depending on experience. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office. It’s a 5-month contract role with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform due diligence and compliance checks for HCP engagements in the UK
* Manage the Appian tool as the UK Country Administrator for ABC
* Create and track workflows in Appian, including uploading and managing DDQ processes for approvals
* May be required to work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analysing information
* Complete general administrative activities to support the team
* Verify details on submitted forms for completeness and accuracy
* Enter information into the Appian system to initiate workflows
* Providing administrative support to a department or individuals
Job Requirements:
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly word and excel
* Good communication skills
* Good attention to detail and able to adapt to processes quickly
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing compliance checks and managing workflows
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools (experience with Appian is a plus)
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Ability to work independently with moderate direction and escalate issues when necessary
