Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

Location: London, SW1V 1PX

Rate of Pay: £250.00 per day (PAYE)

Contract Type: Temp-to-perm for the right candidate

Start Date: 25th November 2024

Duration: 5 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our team in London. This is a key role, where you'll work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards. The role involves responsibilities such as signing off on RAMS, reviewing contractor competencies, and enhancing safe systems of work (SSOW) to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

The preferred candidate will act as Temporary Works Coordinator on the contract, so experience in working with or managing scaffolding contracts is advantageous. This role is primarily based at Endeavor but requires mobility to various sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Temporary Works Coordinator

Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental standards and procedures

Review RAMS, contractor competencies, and SSOW, recommending safer working procedures

Collaborate with the management team to maintain and improve compliance

Handle operational planning of reactive worksKey Skills and Experience Required:

NEBOSH Qualification - Essential

Temporary Works Qualification - Essential

Facilities Management background - Preferred
