Job Title: Interim Estates Surveyor
Location: North West
Contract Duration: 4-6 months (initial)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor for an interim role with a local authority in the North West. The role involves managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews, alongside providing general estates management support. There may also be opportunities to assist with property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and landlord-tenant issues.
• Provide estates management services in line with local authority policies.
• Assist with property valuations as needed.
• On-site presence twice per week.

Essential Criteria:

• Hands on experience of lease renewals, rent reviews, and general estates management.
