Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Year 1 Primary Teacher for a part-time, job-share role in a dynamic and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Sutton. This outstanding London-based school is looking to welcome a qualified teacher to join their KS1 team for the (Apply online only) academic year, starting in September. The role will involve teaching a Year 1 class every Friday in collaboration with the class's lead teacher.

Role Overview:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
• Use effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with the Classroom TA to maximize lesson impact
• Differentiate lesson materials to meet diverse student needs
• Participate in weekly staff meetings to stay aligned with school goals

Candidate Requirements:

• UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong grasp of the KS1 curriculum
• Positive, enthusiastic approach to learning and teaching
• Commitment to enhancing the school's ethos and inclusive culture
• Strong collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and external partners
• Availability for part-time work every Friday from September
