Teaching Assistants: Level 2 – Point 5 to 6 £23,500 pro-rata (Actual Salary £19,581.83) to £23,893 pro-rata (Actual Salary £19,909.30), 32.5 hours a week, term time only plus training days.

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils of all ages. You will work closely with teachers to assist in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for our pupils who have a range of complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours, including those with autism.
• Assist in delivering educational programmes and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Engage with pupils in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers through home/school communication.
• Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:
• Experience working with special needs children is desirable but not essential.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs are beneficial but not required.

• A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for supporting children with complex needs.
• All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, health checks, and an enhanced DBS check.
