Position: Administrator
Location: Slough
Duration: 9 Month Contract
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work within a busy office based in Slough.
This administrator will be covering a minimum of a nine month maternity leave contract, however there could be potential for the position to be made permanent.
The right person for this position will already have a strong administration background, with a strong working knowledge of word and excel. They need to have a good telephone manner and be able to pick up new CRM Systems.
It would be an advantage if this person has experience in coordinating or dealing with maintenance or engineers
Requirements
Strong administrative background
Based in the Slough area
Must be good at picking up new CRM systems
Excellent telephone manner
Experience with coordinating or working alongside engineers would be an advantage
Able to start quickly
Happy to cover a maternity contract
Strong knowledge of Excel
Able to multitask
Good team player
Package
Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
Office based position with some potential for hybrid in the future
Office parking
25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata
9 monthcontract
